From Fujian Province, probably the best known of Chinese high grade oolongs. The crinkly, slightly twisted leaves unfurl, as they brew, into lace-edged leaves and release a honey liquor with a smooth, delicate, orchid-like flavour and sweet floral aroma.

Ingredients: Oolong tea, semi fermented

Brewing: 1.5-2 minutes 75-80degC 2.5gm or 1 teaspoon/cup, rolled leaf will take multple 30 second brews.
